Ingredients
Stir-fried Bimi® and haricots verts with soy sauce dressing
- 250 g haricots verts
- 200 g Bimi®
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper

Preparation method
- Top and tail the haricots verts and cook them with the Bimi® in about 2 minutes until they are tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process. Slice the onion into thin rings.
- Heat the olive oil in the wok and stir fry the onion for approx. on a medium heat for 3 minutes until soft. Add the haricots verts and Bimi® and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the soy sauces and season with pepper. Stir fry for another 1 minute.
- Tip: Tasty with rice noodles or soba noodles and fried shrimps with sambal.
