A yoghurt bowl is still trendy and also very tasty. This version is wonderfully fresh with the flavours of strawberry, blueberries, raspberries and yellow dragon fruit. Yellow dragon fruit gives an extra exotic twist.

Ingredients
Yoghurt bowl with yellow dragon fruit
- 250 g strawberries
- 500 ml skimmed yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 75 g blueberries
- 75 g raspberries
- 1 yellow or pink dragon fruit
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp grated cocunut

- Blender or hand blender
Preparation method
- Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Purée them in the blender or in the beaker of the hand blender. Add the yoghurt and blend until completely until smooth. Divide over two bowls.
- Slice the banana. Divide the banana slices and berries over the yoghurt.
- Halve the dragon fruit, cut into slices and divide over the two bowls. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and coconut.
